Guidelines to Participants

1. The training center works from 1000 hours to 1730 hours. Participants must report for training at  1000 hours on  the first day of the training. Participants are not allowed in the short-term courses  if they  do not report in time.

2. Participants must keep discipline in the campus as well as in hostels. 

3. Administrative rules framed are for the benefits of the participants. 

4. Smoking and taking liquor in the campus and hostels are prohibited. Training is terminated if  any participant is found in a drunkard condition. 

5. All participants must report back to hostels by 2100 hours positively. 

6. Participants can visit Patiala and see Punjabi University, Shish Mahal, A.C.Market, Gurdwara Dukh   Niwaran Sahib, Mandir Kali Mata, Motibagh, Deer Park, NIS and Baradari Gardens. Similarly if   they  go to Chandigarh   they  can see  Sukhana Lake,  Rose Garden,  Rock Garden,  Secretariat,  Punjab University, Art Museum, PGI.  On  the way they can see  mini zoo at Chhatbir.  Beyond  Chandigarh towards Kalka,  there is a historical garden known as Pinjore Garden.  Besides Pinjore Garden,one can go to Morni Hills,  Kasauli,  Chail  &  Shimla.  Fun City has been developed at Ramgarh at a distance of  25 kms from Chandigarh. Temple Mansa Devi is also very near to City Beautiful.

7. The climate of Rajpura is quite hot in summer and quite cold in winter. Participants are  advised to bring bedding and clothes accordingly.
